Guiding and Inspiring Change at GHCF

We are seeking a passionate and visionary leader to join GHCF (Greg Health Care Foundation) as the Director. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organization’s mission of empowering persons with disabilities, promoting inclusion, and advocating for their rights. Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to advance the goals and objectives of GHCF.
Oversee the overall operations of the organization, ensuring effective implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives.
Develop and nurture strong partnerships with government entities, civil society organizations, disability organizations, and international stakeholders.
Drive fundraising efforts to secure financial resources and support the sustainability of GHCF’s programs and initiatives.
Lead a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment while providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Represent GHCF in various forums, conferences, and events, raising awareness about the organization’s mission and advocating for disability rights and inclusion.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in the non-profit sector, with a strong understanding of disability rights and issues.
A deep passion for empowering persons with disabilities and a commitment to driving positive change.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive organizational growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in fundraising and resource mobilization to support program sustainability and expansion.
Knowledge of the healthcare, education, and disability sectors, with an understanding of policy frameworks and advocacy efforts.
A visionary mindset, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving GHCF’s mission and vision.
